Trello
Kanban-style boards for tasks, planning, and collaboration.
Integration features
Members will click “Open Board” on your portalry to launch Trello. Use this checklist to give them a smooth landing every time.
Portalry recognises Trello board URLs and shows a clear Open Board button.
What Portalry handles for you
- Detects board links like trello.com/b/{id}/{board-name}.
- Uses the board slug as a fallback name when metadata is unavailable.
- Keeps your board link easy to reopen for recurring project check-ins.
Setup checklist
- Copy your board URL (for example, https://trello.com/b/6kZrJDso/portalry) and add it to Portalry.
- Confirm members have board visibility (public, workspace-visible, or invited).
- Add a short note in the portal description explaining where people should start.
What still lives in the platform
- Portalry does not manage Trello permissions, automations, or card updates.
- If you archive or move the board, update the portal link to avoid broken navigation.
Extras & best practices
- Pin a "Start Here" list in Trello for new members.
